Our customer came to us wanting a low maintenance floor and something also out of the ordinary. With the local concrete plant being a stones throw down the road and the quarry not much further we used concrete with sand and stone from the local area and ground the surface before polishing polishing to a high gloss. By doing this the customer had the same stone & sand in his kitchen floor as what the quarry had provided from the hills surrounding thus creating a eco friendly low carbon footprint floor.
